An SDK, or Software Development Kit, is a powerful toolkit packed with resources that help you, the developer, build new applications and features, as well as to extend and tailor existing software. The Geotab SDK lets developers tap into MyGeotab's rich data to create things like: Apps for Smartphones & Web. Integrations for your existing third-party systems. Add-Ins for New Functionality. Automations for repetitive tasks and time-saving scripts. It's the key to unlocking MyGeotab's full potential and building tailored solutions. Use the U R L: developers dot geotab dot com to enter the Geotab SDK. Our SDK site provides tools for integrating with multiple Geotab products. Here you'll find everything you need such as: Click on the Geotab product you would like to integrate with. For this tour, we will show the "MyGeotab SDK" section. This is where you can build a solution that interacts with or extends MyGeotab – our main fleet management platform. First, you will find an Introduction giving you a solid overview. Review the Release Notes for the latest updates and changes to the SDK. The Guides section is packed with articles designed to walk you through specific areas and tasks. This is helpful for understanding concepts in practice. Here you will find guides like Data Feed and what it is used for. or using MyGeotab URLs or Using GO devices and more. Add-Ins will show you how you can configure and develop Add-Ins that live directly within the MyGeotab solution, adding your custom functionality right into the user interface. In the API Reference, you'll find everything you need to connect your systems and automate workflows using the robust MyGeotab SDK APIs.
