Reversing incorrectly claimed unassigned HOS logs as an admin

Reversing incorrectly claimed unassigned HOS logs as an admin! Let's get started. Navigate to the Logs page in MyGeotab by either clicking Compliance, HOS, then Logs, or searching for Logs in the menu. In the Filters menu, select the Driver to reassign logs from. Click Apply. Since you are performing an edit, the logs must first be verified by the driver before you as the admin can make a change. Note that these logs have been verified by the driver as they are shown in green on the graph. Click View Logs. Locate the logs to reassign. Unassigned logs are always a paired Drive and On log. They need to be edited together. To edit multiple logs, click the Select none dropdown. Choose how you want to bulk select logs. For this example, we'll pick Select individual. Mark the checkbox to the right of each log you want to reassign. Selecting either of the logs in the Unassigned Pair will automatically select its related log. Once you've selected the logs, click Edit selected HOS Logs. Select Replace With for the Driver. Select Unidentified driver from the HOS Drivers dropdown. If Unidentified Driver does not appear in the list, exit the edit and review the logs to ensure they originated as unassigned driving before continuing. Enter an annotation for the logs. Click Save when finished. Click OK to confirm the edit. Click Accept once MyGeotab finishes applying the changes. The change to the logs will be pending until confirmed by the driver in the Geotab Drive app. Once the driver confirms the change, the logs will return to the unidentified driving pool.
