Reprocessing fleet data

Reprocessing fleet data! Let's get started. Navigate to the Rules page in MyGeotab by either clicking Groups & Rules, then Rules, or searching for Rules in the menu. Reprocessing data allows you to apply rule changes retroactively. This includes edits to existing rules, or the addition of new rules or zones. Historical data will be updated and your reports will be impacted by those changes (including the safety scorecard report). Click Reprocess data at the top of the screen. Click start date. Select how far back in time you want to go, then click Done. Select which Assets to include in the reprocessing. Select which Rules you want to reprocess data for. Click Apply when ready. If you're reprocessing more than 7 days of data, a notice popup will appear. Click continue to acknowledge. You will see an alert letting you know your request has been submitted. Depending on how far back you are trying to go and the size of the group of assets affected by the change, reprocessing data could take up to 24 hours. We recommend reprocessing data at the end of the workday or over the weekend, so that the data is ready to be viewed when you return to work. Congratulations!
