Enabling billing for Order Now software solutions. Let's get started. The Auto-Enrollment feature automatically enables billing for Order Now software solutions that bill per device. Here's how it works. Search for your solution. In this example, we are installing GoAnalytics. Click the solution. Click Install. Click the Groups dropdown to select the vehicle groups that should be automatically enrolled. Select the groups you want. Click Next to continue. Click the checkbox to acknowledge the changes to your order. Click Next. Click to accept these terms. Click Install Add-In. Click Open Add-In. Click Add-Ins. Click Add-In Subscriptions to manage your installed solutions. The Add-In Subscriptions page shows all installed add-ins, enrolled device counts, and active auto-enrollment groups. Click on the add-in to view enrollment details for it. Three assets are currently enrolled. Auto-enrollment is group-based. Click the three dots. Click Edit auto-enrollment groups. Click the group dropdown to find the new group. Select the group. Click the dropdown to close it. Click Confirm. A success message pops up. The asset is now automatically enrolled. The enrolled count has updated. Edit auto-enrollment groups to add or remove groups at any time. Let's disable the Auto-Enrollment feature. Click Disable auto-enrollment. Click Confirm. Click Keep devices enrolled to disable auto-enrollment while keeping existing subscriptions active. Auto-enrollment is now disabled.
