Customizing work hours via rules

Customizing work hours via rules. Let's get started. The Productivity rules allow you to track if your assets are being used in an effective manner, allowing you to limit excessive, unnecessary fleet costs or unauthorized use. Once you establish zones on the map, you can set the criteria for work hours, late arrival, early departure and lunch length. Click edit work hours under the "Unauthorized Home Stops" rule. This rule identifies stops at Home type zones during work hours. Alternatively, you can access work hours in the People section under Schedule. Select standard hours. By default, the standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For rules that rely on work hours, data is only tracked within these hours. Click the pencil icon to edit the days and hours during which the asset is authorized to operate. Change the values accordingly and click Done when ready. Click the check icon to confirm the updated values for that day. Click Save when finished making changes to the schedule. Congratulations!
