Creating a planned route

Creating a planned route! Let's get started. Click Productivity. Click Routes. Select Routes. Click Add route. Enter a Name for the route. Change the Route type to Planned. Select the Asset that will complete this planned route. You have the option to define the shift hours. Click Yes to define how often the Route repeats. Make any other repeat frequency adjustments. Adjust the Start date, if needed. You also have the option to adjust the End date and add any Comments. Enter the first stop on the route. You can enter a zone name or an address. Adjust the timeframes and duration of the stop as needed. If this stop is where the route will begin, toggle Start location on. Add the remaining stops to the route with Add new stop. Once you've added all the stops, click Optimize route to improve the route's efficiency. A confirmation popup will appear. Click Optimize. Click Save when finished. Click Back to return to the list of your routes. To locate your new planned route, click Options. Click Planned. Select the Date Period of your planned route. Select the Assets the route is assigned to. Click Apply changes. The Route page will display your newly planned route. To unassign an asset from a planned route, you can edit the route back to Unplanned. Congratulations! You've completed this tutorial for how to create a planned route.
