I want to upgrade the subscription to Pro API plan instead of a Pro plan since my clients are not using MyGeotab. How is that done ?

Hello @AArna-1532​ ,

 

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I do apologize for the delay in answering your question. You should be able to do this in MyAdmin like normal. Here are some steps you can take in MyAdmin:

 

  1. From the Device Admin page, use the filter options to narrow the selection of devices.
  2. Click the Look up Devices button.
  3. From the table, select the device(s).
  4. Click the Change Plan button.
  5. In the popup window, select a Rate Plan from the dropdown menu, and click OK.
  6. Click the Accept button to accept the terms of the Rate Plan change.

Hey @AArna-1532​ ,

 

I have not been able to find a way to do this in our documentation. My best suggestion is to make a ticket with support and request their assistance with this. I am sorry I could not help more.
