Hi @jeanmari-7975 1. Reprocess the data: Since the zone was created in October, the system needs to reanalyze past trips to identify the visits. Go to Rules and Groups > Rules and use the data reprocessing option, selecting the desired period. 2. Generate the report: Once the reprocessing is finished, go to Productivity > Zone Visits > Zone Visit Details. 3. Filter by date: Select the date range from June 1 to September 30 and choose the specific zone to see the visit count.

Title

Hi there, I want to obtain the number of visits into a specific zone for a period from the 1st of June to end-September. I created the zone early October and I can see it through the Trip History tool: When I want to get total visits into the Zone Visits tool, there's no results: I can't understand if it's related to the way I created the zone: does it something I can edit to have results visible? Thnaks in advance,

Viimane tegevus
