Agreed. This would be the best way. I would also be weary of doing this, if you have a fleet of a significant size. You will almost certainty be getting an email every hour if you do. Instant&#x2F;frequent notifications should normally be reserved for critical or egregious behavior like possible collisions or speed &gt; Xmph. You don't want to overwhelm whomever has to keep up with the incoming emailed alerts.

I get a different answer from ACE and Fuel Usage report. I was wondering if anyone has any pointers or what I need to change in ACE question.  From the Land Down Under so in  litres and kilometres.

Scenario is we want to know the fuel used by all our assets in a certain MyGeotab zone both idling and when driving.

We have a remote location where there is only one road in and out of the site. I have setup a zone on the road leading to the site so when a vehicle enters the zone it sends an email alert to the store person that a vehicle will be arriving in around 15 minutes and it works great. What is happening is when the vehicle stops at the store and then returns on the road it sends the alert again.  The maximum time the vehicle would be at the store is one hour.  Any ideas how I could stop it sending the second alert? 

Question about setting up a rule for a zone in MyGeotab

We have a customer who wants to limit access to 2 people to view videos from the Surfsight cameras, live view and events etc. They also want an admin type user that has access to everything in Geotab except for the videos.  Is that possible?

I am trying to setup a new internal document to help us with the setup for new GeoTab customers. I have the standard contact detail questions etc and I was wondering if anyone has an existing document or form that they use and would be happy to share with me. 

Onboarding a new Geotab Customer

I wanted to make a rule that if a driver was say speeding 10mph over the speed limit for more then 10 seconds it would give an audible alert, which is straight forward to create. Is there a way to make a new sub rule that says if that rule is triggered say more then 3 times in one hour then an email alert is sent?

HI, I have made the rule no problem, it was the second part of the question I was looking for some ideas. I want an email notification if that happens 3 times in one hour, that is the part I am struggling to work out. Thanks Dave

We are ok with our training and we do use the videos and QRG.

I was looking for something that fits in the middle from when the sale is completed and before the install and training starts.

A list of dot points to think about before we start the install.
Like;
Who will oversee the system.
Who will complete the maintenance input.
Speed limits settings for overspeed to consider?
Do you want audio feedback?
Think about some Zones you like setup.

Etc.
