We will be upgrading the reporting experience to help you get immediate value from your data. Previously, building reports often required several configuration steps starting from a blank page. We will be removing this friction, moving toward a platform that provides pre-populated, actionable insights the moment you open a report.

These updates focus on speed, clarity, and ease of use. Key improvements include:

• Focused view on Safety events: Instantly focus on high-priority areas with dedicated, interactive tabs for Speeding, Aggressive Driving, and Collisions located right at the top of the Exceptions page.
• Instant visualization: Skip the setup. Your data immediately populates as dynamic charts (bar, line, or stacked), making trends easy to spot.
• Evaluate performance: Compare drivers and assets against each other to instantly identify outliers and opportunities for optimization.
• Faster resolutions: Isolate critical safety events and investigate complaints in moments with significantly fewer clicks.

This upgrade shifts your focus from administration to high-value action. It provides an immediate high-level understanding of your fleet’s situation, empowering you to seamlessly drill down for rapid investigation. By replacing manual report setup with interactive dashboards, you can identify performance outliers and resolve incidents in seconds rather than hours.

This feature will begin rolling out in Beta starting at the beginning of February, 2026. To enable this Beta, navigate to your Account menu > Profile > Beta Features, then enable Exceptions Reporting.
