Introduction to Next Generation MyGeotab

Introduction to Next Generation MyGeotab! Let's get started. After logging in, you land on the Map, where you can see the live location of your assets. The left menu places the features used most often at the top for quick access. Use Configure to adjust settings for rules and zones. Use the + icon when you need to add a new item to your database. From the add menu, create new assets, zones, and rules. The Apps library gives you access to specialty features and all apps your fleet administrator installed for the database. In Apps, you can find all installed apps and pin any you frequently use to add them to your left menu. Search helps you locate a specific page without browsing through each menu. Search for the name of the page, then select the quick link MyGeotab provides. MyGeotab can have different navigation styles. If your support document or tutorial looks different, use Search to locate the page you need. Please note that if you are looking for a specific report page, you'll want to use the search on the Reports page instead of the database search. Reports help you understand how your fleet is performing. You can review all the available reports, or use Search when you need a specific one. You can view reports online, download them, or star them so they appear in your Favorites list. Use Edit Navigation to tailor the left menu to the apps and features you use most often. Drag and drop to adjust the menu order or toggle the pin to show or hide features, creating a custom menu of your most-used tools. Don't forget to Save your changes when finished reorganizing.
