I've created a custom rule and enabled the media settings. I have an email notification when the rule is broken and inserted the video event link in the template When i click on the event via the notification and it brings me to the exceptions page, when i click on the exception video option i get a black square that says video unavailable Does anyone know why this is and are there any troubleshooting steps?

Enable the reader in MyGeotab: Go to the camera settings tab and make sure the NFC reading feature is active. 2. Set up the Rule: In Rules &amp; Groups &gt; Rules, look for the 'Unidentified Driver' rule. 3. Add Notification: In the Notifications tab, select Add Beep Response and make sure the GO device is set to issue the sound alert when the rule condition is met. Keep in mind that Smart Driver ID (facial recognition) can also automate this assignment without needing physical FOBs.

I suggest verifying your registered user with someone who has higher-level access.
