Why do I have some drivers first name initial show in gray when most show in blue? The ones that show in gray do not come up when I select their group.

Good morning,I hope that you enjoyed your weekend.I attached a Word doc that shows that if I do a search for agents by location, in this case IAD under each name, the agents show with their first name initial in a blue circle.
