DVIR missed inspection rule and report issue

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their IOX-NFC readers where the reader is going online and offline hundreds of times per day. This looks like a recent issue and it causes the driver reminders to constantly go off and the NFC fobs do not work. Below is the NFC device connected measurement over the last 2 days.

Hello does anyone know if there is a way to export the installation history for assets?  under Assets&gt;Device and Settings we can see the installation history for a vehicle but instead of checking them one at a time is there a way to export it? This helps me verify invoices for installations and to make sure that vendors are checking the installs are good before signing off.

I have a scenario where a vehicle completed their pre-trip inspection in the morning at 8:27am but a missed pre-trip exception was generated at 3pm. I'm currently using the pre-trip rule below. Is the duration set too low? 8 hours is the default but i want to check that a pre-trip is done at least once a day so should i increase the duration to 16 hours?

I have some supervisors in a supervisor clearance level and they are unable to save map views in the map. I checked the clearances and they have configure map views checked on but there seems to be other options that need to be enabled in order to save map views. Does anyone have any idea which options need to be checked on?

Hello maybe this has been asked before but is there a guide to what all the security clearance options do? I am making some new clearances and there are options like below Create data extract keyCreate backup keyAccess time-to-change complete api I have no idea what any of these options do or how they interact with different access.

If i have a Geotab NFC card reader but do not enable driver identification reminder but a driver scans in their fob does the driver get held in the go device indefinitely?

Hello <a href="/user/eishifun" data-id="1044" data-value="EishiFUN" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@EishiFUN</a>​  I looked at that setting but apparently the duration only works with the original driver who did the initial DVIR, once another member of the crew starts driving the shared vehicle it treats it as a brand new exception and flags a missed inspection even if there was already an inspection done.

I've set up the missed asset inspection rule and a report but I have noticed a strange quirk involving shared vehicles. We have some crew trucks that work on construction sites, they need to be moved around by different drivers. If a driver B who is different from the original driver A who completed the DVIR the missed asset inspection rule is triggered and it flags Driver B as having missed an inspection. Is there anyway we can make it so that as long as an inspection was done for the vehicle it won't flag any missed inspections until the next work day?

We had to literally replace the go device in order to fix the issue. Its also strange that the NFC started disconnecting on the listed vehicles on the same day or near it. That seems to point to a software issue instead of hardware.

those permissions list all assets and drivers in your database and allows your users to see them. If you don't want them to see that information I would just wait for geotab to fix the bug.

Apparently there was an update and in your user clearances you need to enable the following permissions in order to see the unit numbers again.
