What Clearance allows a non-driver to edit a RSC log entry? When comparing current clearances, the only difference between a user than can edit and a user than cannot is the &quot;administer users&quot; clearance, however this is a log edit. Is this tied to the User instead of the log, making it only editable if you can edit or delete a users profile account?
