Viewing the trips summary report

Viewing the trips summary report. Let's get started. Click Productivity. Click trips history. Click summary in the top toolbar. In the Options menu, select the desired date period and display options for the report. Click apply changes when finished. By default, the list is sorted by distance driven. You can click to reorder the list by asset name or time spent driving. You can see the activity report for each asset, displayed as line charts for easy comparison between assets. To the right, you can view the amount of time spend inside customer and non-customer zones. Hover your mouse over the green distance line to see the percentage of distance traveled compared to the asset with the most distance traveled. Hover over the purple idling line to compare idle time to drive time. You have the option to use the Groups dropdown to only list assets from selected groups. If you want to export the data, click Report in the toolbar. Select which report to download to your device. Reports are available in Excel or PDF format. Congratulations!
