I have a customer who is wondering what other clients are using for their driver behavior parameters for off-road rock trucks. Specifically in a mining functionality. They are curious if there are any industry benchmarks or performance metrics that they may be using. They would like to develop within their program but ensure that they are using meaningful and appropriate metrics.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. What kind of performance metrics would they be? Like safety kind of things or idling kind of things. I will see if I can find anything.
I will also be interested if anyone else in the community had done this before that can share what they do today.
