<a href="/user/sean-davidson-1096" data-id="1096" data-value="SDavi-1096" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@SDavi-1096</a>​ For all intents and purposes the statement you made in your first post is correct, if you do not see Odometer for a unit in the feed returned by the Api Adapter it means that the GO device is unable to read actual odometer from the vehicle. This does not mean that there is something inherently wrong with the GO device or the installation, there are vehicles from which the GO device cannot obtain Odometer. If you would want to troubleshoot this the best is to group the units by Make Model and Year and if you have a majority of units a particular grouping reporting odometer but a few not then there is at least reason to investigate further. At that point I would recommend going through the support process with these examples so that our team can review and see if anything can be done. In terms of what to do to get an Odometer value (not guessed but it is based on GPS distance and not the vehicle in any way) you would need to make individual Get&lt;StatusData&gt; calls for each unit that isn't reporting odometer looking for specifically the DiagnosticOdometerAdjustmentId and for the date of right now. A few things to note from your code:<ol><li>The following check: (device.ActiveTo &gt;= DateTime.UtcNow) should be unnecessary. If you only wish to deal with active device objects then you should include that in your Get&lt;Device&gt; call search object. You would just need to add a fromDate search with DateTime.Now.Date</li><li>The Odometer Diagnostic Id you are looking for is not necessarily true vehicle Odometer, that would be diagnosticRawOdometerId and there is actually a third Odometer Id which is diagnosticOdometerId.<ol><li>diagnosticRawOdometerId = odometer recorded from the vehicle</li><li>diagnosticOdometerId = diagnosticRawOdometerId * odometerFactor + odometerOffset (these last two are device properties)</li><li>diagnosticOdometerAdjustmentId = 2 different definitions<ol><li>If you manually enter an odometer in the Vehicle page in the UI that will add a StatusData record of diagnosticOdometerAdjustmentId</li><li>When searching for this diagnostic for a specific vehicle and a date range it will give you every diagnosticOdometerId record within the date range (these will have an Id assigned to the object) BUT it will also provide you with a calculated Odometer record at each end of the date range. These calculated Odometer records will not have Id's as they are no actual records in the database. The calculation is diagnosticOdometerId + GPS distance to the date.</li></ol></li></ol></li></ol> The last point is the likely reason you are seeing empty values. In your code you are requiring an Id to be present. And that will not be the case for the odometer records returned at each end of the date range and if it happens that there are no diagnosticOdometerId's in that date range those two records are the only ones you would get. Hopefully the above helps. We've seen a few posts from you, we may be able to assist better if we got a complete picture of what you are trying to achieve.

You are on the correct train of thought. You would take the existing ExceptionEvent object and use the activeFrom and activeTo fields to obtain all the LogRecords available. You should make sure you include LogRecords before and after the edges of the event and then you would interpolate as needed.

Is it possible to get location for ExceptionEvent through MyGeotab SDK?

Hello, Apologies for the delay on this one. The MyGeotab platform has a set of APIs available that makes such an integration possible.The first thing needed is to ensure that there is background knowledge on our SDK, you can find some very useful videos in this link: https://www.geotab.com/dev-channel/ The main video you are looking at is the SDK Introduction video. That will give you a good intro to our SDK.Following that I would recommend a review of our SDK itself: https://geotab.github.io/sdk/ you can read through the various sections like Getting Started, Concepts, Using in .Net and more importantly the Data Feed.Once you have reviewed that you can go back to the dev-channel and watch the video Using Geotab's Data Feed.All the above should provide you with a solid base in order to use our SDK.In your case, and the reason why I highlighted the DataFeed, you will likely need to use the GetFeed&lt;&gt; method (aka Data Feed) as that will allow you to pull LogRecords (GPS Data) from the MyGeotab database on an interval. There are examples within our SDK that you can leverage to build the integration.Once the data is extracted it will be in JSON format and from then onward it is simple data manipulation and interacting with your desired database in your desired programming language. Hopefully this is helpful, let us know if there is anything else that you need.

Hello,First step I would suggest is isolating the arrays and inspecting them to make sure that prior to entering the loop the arrays have all the data that you are expecting and they are formatted in the way that you expect.If data is not what you expect then we would need to review the calls made to populate those arrays and would need that posted here for review.If data looks good in the arrays then it would be just a matter of cleaning up the loops you have built and we can help you there as well but would need some more details:<ol><li>How is each array built (don't show the exact data but an obfuscated snippet of each array would help)</li><li>What does fetch_and_update_vehicle and build_new_vehicle do (code would be helpful)?</li><li>What is your goal with this integration work?</li></ol>
