You can add a check to see if deviceStatusInfo returns nothing which can be mapped to devices that has empty column for DeviceStatusAnalysisTroubleDownloadStatus.

If isDeviceCommunicating is true, it will result in "OK" and "Device is not downloading data" if it is false.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

The properties for Exception event object can be found here: https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/api/reference/#ExceptionEvent.You can pass the from date and to date from the exception and use [LogRecord|https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/api/reference/#LogRecord] to get location and speed for the time.

In addition, using fromDate as datetime now and setting includeBoundryLogs to true would give us the last log for the users. Projected end time of daily rest and cycle reset MyGeotab API

I was using the same call for testing and I see we get back information about duration left for the cycle and duration left for the workday through this call (so information around when driver's daily or cycle clock will reset). Could you please help me understand the question a bit better?
