The new self-serve experience to get started in MyGeotab and upgraded dashboard is now available for all Customers. Previously, this was limited to Customers databases created in 2024 and beyond.

The Report Setup page is getting a brand new look and feel, and has been rebranded as the All Available Reports page (Beta). This update aims to reduce the overwhelming experience of sifting through numerous reports to find what you need, and introduces key changes to improve the overall efficiency of the Reports feature.

To ensure high performance and stability for all our users, we're updating the self-serve data reprocessing feature. This feature allows you to apply a new or updated rule to your historical data, recalculating all exceptions from a new start date you specify.

The migration of MyPreview databases has been delayed. We will provide a further update for a new migration date. Currently MyPreview databases can be accessed via both my.geotab.com and preview.geotab.com.
