On August 14, 2026, we're officially retiring the traditional MyGeotab Product Guide document. We're replacing the single large document with focused, individual help articles on the Geotab Support site. Each article covers a single feature or workflow to give you quick, direct answers.

New product documentation is available here: https://support.geotab.com/help/mygeotab

Why it matters

Finding answers shouldn't require scrolling through an extensive document. The new modular site makes answers far easier to discover through search engines and AI assistants, bringing you straight to the information you need.

  • Access short, topic-specific articles that explain why a feature matters and how to use it.
  • Resolve questions faster with troubleshooting guidance built into every article.
  • Share direct, targeted links easily with clients and team members.
Updating your bookmarks

Anyone accessing the old Google Doc version of the guide will receive a deprecation notice containing a link to the new support pages. If you bookmarked the Support Center version, your link will redirect automatically. To prepare for the transition:

  • Explore the new documentation on the MyGeotab Help Page.
  • Update your saved browser bookmarks before August 14, 2026, to ensure smooth access.
Availability

Deprecation targeting mid-August 2026. Users are encouraged to update bookmarks ahead of the change.
