Claiming a Geotab Vitality voucher

Claiming a Geotab Vitality voucher! Let's get started. Congratulations on earning your reward! In this tutorial, we will show you how to use your currency. A quick note on timing first. Currency is issued every Wednesday — not immediately when your week ends on Sunday. The weekly cycle closes on Tuesday at midnight, and currency is processed overnight. If you met your goal and drove at least 50 kilometres, your currency will be added to your wallet on Wednesday. In the Geotab Vitality app, tap Rewards at the bottom of the screen. Select the partner you would like to make a purchase at. Choose a voucher and confirm your purchase. Please note that once you confirm the purchase, vouchers are valid for 30 days before expiring. Tap on your purchased voucher to view your voucher code. You'll find a QR code or redemption code to use at any participating partner location. Present it in-store, or save it to use later. If your voucher shows a Pending status, that's normal — processing can take up to 48 hours. If the voucher is still pending after 48 hours, first check the Rewards section to confirm your request went through. Second, shake your phone while in the app to open the built-in support tool and submit a report, or contact us directly at info@geotabvitality.com. Keep driving safely, hit your weekly goal, and your next reward will be ready the following Wednesday.
