I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts/ideas. I have a Utilization report that is built off of a Trips Summary report, showing miles, number of trips, beginning and ending odo, and days used. I am trying to find a way to show all vehicles on the report, not just ones that had a trip or were utilized. I know any trips report will only show vehicles that had a least one trip, but does anyone know a way to include all the vehicles, besides manually adding them?

We have an Asset Utilization Report, that was created from the Risk Management report template, this will show all vehicles,
To install:
When downloading the report from the Risk Management section or from from inside Administration > Report Setup > Report Views or Dashboard > Built-in Reports section Asset Utilization Report > Preview make sure that in the Options section Hide rows with zero distance: is selected to No, that way it will also show on the report the vehicles that were not moved during that period..
*To see the breakdown by day, and all vehicles
Click on Options,
Select Date Period
click on Sub-periods > On > Daily
Hide rows with zero distance: select No
Apply changes

Only way I've done such a thing is to create an exception report with rules that trigger on various odo values, ignition true / false, etc. Its a pain but possible.
You could alternatively create a report that shows if vehicles were not used (based on exceptions).
Thanks @aeroplex-1263 , appreciate it, good thoughts, but probably not looking to go the exception report route and would like to keep it to one report if possible. Might have to do two.

I do not know of a way to include the vehicles except to add them in manually. Hopefully if someone else has a work-around they can share we'll both learn something new here. 🤓

Thanks @rodrigosiller-1042 ! I appreciate the help here, and this report would probably work, however, I need to include the ending odo values. I don't think there is an Odo data header for the Risk Management report similar to TripSummaryOdometeratEnd (this was an enhancement request I waited a year for) on the Trips Summary, but I could be wrong. I could try to add the Odo as an exception but don't really want to do that and am not sure it will work as intended and not easy/ideal as @aeroplex-1263 indicated. The other issue with using this report for my purposes is that the utilization data is in the pivot table and not in the report tab, as preferred. There is a data header for "days used" in the Trip Summary vs calculating it all in the report tab for Risk Management, again much easier.
Not huge things I know, but the devil is in the details sometimes with large fleets, and it does make a difference, especially across fleets of 5,000 -10,000+ as you well know. I welcome any other ideas/thoughts, and if not, no worries I might be entering another Feature request!
