I want to obtain the number of visits into a specific zone for a period from the 1st of June to end-September. I created the zone early October and I can see it through the Trip History tool:
When I want to get total visits into the Zone Visits tool, there's no results:
I can't understand if it's related to the way I created the zone: does it something I can edit to have results visible?

If you created it this month but looking for data from before, you will need to go to rules and run a reprocess on the some, one or all vehicles. It will need to be back to the date you are looking for visit.ms. Depending on how many vehicles you have it my take some time to prcess. I f you gave 1000+ that you are reproccessing it could take a few days.

1. Reprocess the data: Since the zone was created in October, the system needs to reanalyze past trips to identify the visits. Go to Rules and Groups > Rules and use the data reprocessing option, selecting the desired period.
2. Generate the report: Once the reprocessing is finished, go to Productivity > Zone Visits > Zone Visit Details.
3. Filter by date: Select the date range from June 1 to September 30 and choose the specific zone to see the visit count.
