I have media recording enabled via a reverse rule for the Go Focus Plus cameras. Is it possible to change the video duration? I've noticed that the maximum recording time is 10 seconds, even if the event lasts longer. I want the recording to capture the entire duration of the event.

Hey @****-6175 , Thank you for asking your question in our community. I do not know of a way to do this using the UI so I had an AI agent share the way to do this through the API. Please let me know if you have any questions: For a larger list, this can be automated through the MyGeotab API using the DriverChange object with the change type TripDriver. Each assignment should include: - The vehicle/device ID - The driver ID - The date and time associated with the trip The timestamp is important. A date alone is not enough if the vehicle made multiple trips that day. Also, use TripDriver when assigning a specific trip. A normal driver change may affect driver attribution for subsequent trips instead. The DriverChange API reference is available here: https://developers.geotab.com/myGeotab/apiReference/objects/DriverChange If you share more about whether you are doing this manually or through an integration, the recommended workflow may be clearer. Hope that helps! Eishi FUN

Is it possible to bulk-assign drivers to trip history in MyGeotab?

My admin user in Mygeotab

Currently, GO Focus videos are downloaded in two separate files (one for video and one for audio). Geotab plans to implement an option in the future to choose whether you want the files separate or combined, although there's no set date for this update yet.

Why do Go Focus video download with the audio separate?

Hi @****-6175 The exceptions directly depend on the configuration of the rules and are only considered applied events, whereas in risk management it covers all events

What is the difference between idling time (risk management) and idling time (exceptions)?

Is there a signal loss alert in MyGeotab?

I want to know which rules trigger the beeps on the GO device.

Is it possible to get a report that tells me which MyGeotab rules have active driver alerts (beeps)?

I have devices that don't give g-force measurements and are driving.

Why don't I have G-force measurements from the GO device accelerometer? What kind of errors are related to this behavior?

I applied a bulk accelerometer reset parameter via SDK and I want to know if the reset was applied to the device.

Is there a way in MyGeotab to know if the accelerometer reset was successful?

I need a report that tells me if the exception rules are linked to any reports within My Geotab.I need to know which rules are being used.

Is it possible to know if an exception rule is linked to MyGeotab reports?

I have created zones in Mygeotab and I want to know the average speed at which the units drive within them.

Is it possible to measure the average speed within a zone?

In my database I have parameters for disable VIN and accelerometer reset, but I want to know which units have the parameter active.

How can I get a list of devices with an active custom parameter?

When I download videos from the platform, they come without audio.

What does it refer to?

I am reviewing a unit's idling time for the same period; however, the risk management shows a longer idling time, whereas the exception report indicates a shorter duration.

I have a list of vehicles and drivers that I need to assign to the trip history. The vehicles were driven by different drivers on different days.

I want to enable Unified Login for my database administrator users so they can configure their accounts for MCP usage. However, I am getting the error "Cannot enable Unified Login". The user authentication type is Basic. My account in this database did accept the unified login.

There are users in my database with the authentication type "my admin user," but they do not appear when I search for them. My user account uses basic authentication.

I want to know which rules trigger the beeps on the GO device.
