Our Zone visits are generally under 200 seconds so generally don't show on the reports. I have created a rule for "entering" the zone but no results are being returned over a period of active transit through the zone. Is there somewhere giving a detailed explanation of how these rules should be set up? It looks right to me but obviously I'm missing something.

Are your drivers idling or turning ignition off?

@sjohnson-6023 They are idling. We visit an airport and are charged per trip so it is important we can create a list to check their invoices
@edhayes you could try a rule in zone, duration 2 min, stopped and ignition on. To see if the would trigger on a rule.
@sjohnson-6023 Thank you. I had set up an exemption rule to trigger on entering the zone but nothing was returned. It looks like there maybe something in assigning the rule to a corresponding group that the vehicle is in. I thought I had, but have modified that now so will test on the next pass.
@edhayes Let me know, if it doesn't. You have to go to more button to add the stopped and select "and" condition ignition on.

To properly set up a zone entry rule, follow these steps in MyGeotab:
1. Go to Rules & Groups > Rules.
2. Click Add.
3. In the Conditions tab, select Zone > Enter Zone.
4. Select the specific zone or zone type.
5. Make sure the rule is published to the correct groups in the Publish tab.
6. Click Save.
