Joy,Your are correct, I am the Administrator for our account and also a driver, so I can work here in the office and also go out and use the HOS drive app for moving or taking trucks on test drives and to the different maintenance shop for service. I just log into the HOS app in the truck and go.

YOu can also run the IFTA report on the vehicle you need. You can put in the date range and vehicle. go to:setting&gt;report setup&gt; view reports, then scrall down to fuel tax, then advanced fuel tax. Here you can select the vehicle and date range you need.

Can you delete HOS logs from MyGeotab?

Yes you can delete old HOS logs, Here is the states, we are only required to maintain the logs for 6 months, then we can delete/purge them from the system. So you can set up your database to what ever time frame Canada requires you to keep them then delete them automatically.Hope this help.
