On September 26, 2026, we are removing the EV Battery Health and BEV Range Capability reports from MyGeotab, along with any custom reports built on the evbatteryhealth or bevrangecapability templates. Fleet managers should transition to the EV Performance report, available now under Sustainability > EV Performance, which consolidates both into a single view with an updated range model, confidence intervals on range estimates, and report generation up to 10x faster than the legacy versions.

A faster, more accurate replacement

The EV Performance report, available since Fall 2025 under Sustainability > EV Performance, consolidates everything fleet managers needed from both legacy reports into a single, purpose-built view. Battery health and range insights appear together without switching between reports, and an updated range model includes confidence intervals for greater certainty in the data you act on.

Why it matters

Running two separate reports to get a complete picture of EV health and range added unnecessary steps to fleet managers' workflows. Report generation was slow, and the underlying range model lacked the precision that modern fleets require. As EV adoption grows and operators rely more heavily on this data to inform vehicle usage, maintenance, and replacement decisions, these limitations become increasingly difficult to work around.

  • View battery health and range insights together in a single, unified report.
  • Generate results up to 10x faster than the legacy reports.
  • Act on range estimates with greater confidence using an updated model that includes confidence intervals.
  • Quickly identify top and bottom-performing EVs with built-in filtering and sorting by battery health and range.
Who is affected

On September 26, 2026, the EV Battery Health and BEV Range Capability reports will be fully removed from MyGeotab and will no longer be accessible. Any custom reports built on the evbatteryhealth or bevrangecapability report templates will also be removed on the same date. Fleet managers and administrators who rely on these reports should transition to EV Performance before the deprecation date. Resellers are encouraged to proactively inform affected customers ahead of the deadline.

Transitioning to EV Performance

To access the replacement report before the September 26 deadline:

  • Navigate to Sustainability > EV Performance from the main menu.
  • Alternatively, go to Reports > All Available Reports and search for EV Performance.
  • Apply group and date range filters, then sort by battery health or range to identify top and bottom-performing vehicles across your fleet.
Availability

The EV Performance report is available now. The EV Battery Health and BEV Range Capability reports will be removed on September 26, 2026.
