Experiencing new faults and faults enrichment

Experiencing new faults and faults enrichment! Let's get started. Navigate to the Faults page in MyGeotab by either clicking Maintenance, then Faults, or searching for Faults in the menu. Click Enable in the top banner to turn on the new faults page. Click Filters. Open the dropdown for Sources or Protocols. Expand the Vehicle option. Mark the checkbox for J1939. Click Apply. Noregon Fault Enrichment is available for free for J1939 for Heavy Duty and a few Medium Duty vehicles in the US and Canada. This can be enabled by Admins. Reach out to your admin to view the insights. As an admin, click Severity with Noregon. Review the information about the data enrichment plans with Noregon. The first tier is free for all users. Click Enable on Complimentary Data by Noregon. Read the End User License Agreement. Click Accept when finished. Notice the severity level powered by Noregon for each fault code. Click a fault code. Here you can review the faults data or dismiss the fault. Scroll down to review the enriched data powered by Noregon. Click Close when finished to hide the fault details. With the new enhancements, severities show up for a subset of codes for OBDs as well. These severities are generated using Geotab's Risk of Breakdown model. Congratulations!
