Setting up cold chain rules

Setting up Cold Chain rules! Let's get started. Click Groups & Rules. Click Rules. Search for "cargo temperature" to find the Cold Chain rules. Three rules will display for Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3. Toggle the applicable rules to On. For each rule, enter the Threshold temperature and the Duration. The threshold temperature is used to set the range of temperature that is considered safe alongside the setpoint of the refrigeration unit, while the duration determines how long the cargo needs to be out of the safe range before compromising the cargo. Click Save when finished. Click the envelope icon to configure notifications to stay informed about temperature deviations.
