Shouldn't Geotab exclude all Reefer fuel imports regardless of who the fuel data provider is for all customers? If not, all MPG and all other downstream Geotab fuel related calculations are incorrect by definition for all Geotab customers. Also, can you confirm if EFS is sending over DEF transactions as part of the daily transaction file or is it only Diesel products? If you can't exclude reefer fuel from the import, when will I be able to move transactions from one vehicle to another post import? This will solve two problems:<ol><li>If the VIN isn't updated in the driver's fuel card profile until after a driver switches trucks, I'll be able to allocate the fuel to the correct vehicle and remove that fuel transaction from the Location Mismatch</li><li>I can take all reefer fuel and allocate it to my Test truck or,<ol><li>If I have a tracked trailers with reefer units I can allocate the reefer fuel to the correct trailer that the driver was pulling at the time</li></ol></li></ol>

Hello Geotab Team, I need urgent assistance with a question regarding a Coast Fuel Card integration for one of our customers. The customer previously integrated Coast Fuel Cards with Samsara, but we want them to transition to Geotab since they are using our dashcams. The key question is: Does the Coast Fuel Card integration strictly require a Go9 device, or can we feed data from our dashcam into Geotab to enable the integration? I have already contacted both Coast and Geotab, but there don't seem to be any clear brochures or documentation on this. Could you please confirm: 	1.	What is the best or only way to enable this integration?	2.	Would a Go9 device + GoPlan license be mandatory for this, or is there a more cost-effective solution?	3.	If an alternative method exists, what are the steps to integrate Coast Fuel Cards with Geotab? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated so I can provide a clear answer to my customer. Thank you very much! 

Coast Fuel Card Integration with Geotab – Device Requirement Inquiry? To feed to Zenduit

Longtime customer of mine is looking for a customer management system and something especially that has a good dispatching program for commercial and residential snow removal. Currently the top contender that he tells me he's looking at is Aspire ( service Titan is the parent company along with Bridgestone and I know they do have an API integration but he doesn't want to start reinventing the wheel and having to do all that work he likes to plug and play system already &amp; I have seen in the geotab marketplace that fleet Nova has a service Titan product as well but they've told us it does not work with aspire by design as its closed system for azuga) --and he really likes what he's seeing there and he was telling me frankly if we decide to do it then we're going to switch everything over there. It would appear that Azuga is their proprietary choice for this CRM -- but if there's another one that works as well that is more Geo tab friendly I'd love to hear from any of you or----- if anyone has a suggestion for an equally good Geo tab friendly platform instead of aspire send it my way so I can share it with him.

They are having alot of trouble trying to setup automated/gps/eld tracking thru your portal, and connect it to macropoint (our middleman that has a setup established with you already). After looking at a similar conversation from last week here: LinkIt looks like we can assign different drivers as they change, so I have hope. Can we pull the driver list with all of data we need for drivers in Geotab so I don't have to create all of the drivers in Geotab and try to keep them updated? We have hundreds of drivers to manage!Thanks for your help!

Pulling driver details from Fleetio integration

Hello Community Members,  I am currently doing the research for the new fleet management system which we are trying to get for our branch and thought I asked in the community if there is anyone out there who uses the Fleet Management System who are partnered with Geo tab and makes the operations smoother than ever for managing the fleet?  We are basically the branch of the government but act as a rental company within the government for all the departments in the government. We have fleet of almost 700 vehicles and we want to make some changes with the current process of fleet management and we believe a new fleet management system is what we need. We do annual rentals, short term rentals, monthly rentals for the vehicles. Is there anyone out there who uses the fleet management system with works well for them?  Thanks!
