how do I update an OEM on an asset?

Hello Community Members, I have run into a problem where we have new Ford vehicles in our fleet and it comes with in-built telematics device. We removed GO Device out of pre-equipped vehicles and sent consent to have the same data in Geotab platform via in-built device.  The majority of devices which are in-built the new 2020+ fords doesn't show the useful data and showing "missing log data". Does anyone out there had any similar experiences with their Ford vehicles or any other problems with the in-built devices? We usually zip-tie our GO devices in other makes and models to get the data even if the vehicle is riding on the bumpy road and to have the device not come off the port but with the in-built we were not expected something like missing log data.  Please let me know as we would like to know the cause and solve it as soon as we can.  Thank you 

Geotab Ford Integration

Can anyone else comment on your experiences with the new FORD Telematics integration? We've had 2 customers take this on &amp; one took over a week for the devices to begin coming through, showing up on the DB. A second customer has been almost a full week also. Maybe this is the growing pains of a new service but its not winning us any friends like this. The Geotab rep on this -she's been very helpful but the rest is lacking----
