Maintaining a healthy fleet is the backbone of operational success, but tracking maintenance data across multiple screens can be time-consuming. We are introducing a new way to monitor your fleet’s condition through a centralized, high-level dashboard.

What's new

The new Maintenance Overview page provides a single destination to understand the overall health of your assets. Instead of navigating through individual maintenance pages, you can now access a summary of key metrics in one place. Image showing new Maintenance Overview page

The new page includes visibility into:

  • Severe faults: Immediate identification of critical engine or system issues.
  • Upcoming maintenance schedules: A clear view of which vehicles are due for routine service.
  • Critical work requests: Tracking for urgent repairs that require immediate attention.
  • Asset downtime: Data on how long vehicles are out of service to help manage fleet availability.
Why it matters

This update is designed to move you from data collection to active management. By consolidating various maintenance reports into a single screen, you can gain a high-level picture of your fleet's health at a glance.

This centralized view helps fleet managers prioritize the most urgent repairs and identify patterns in downtime. It reduces the administrative burden of hopping between different modules, allowing your team to focus on keeping vehicles on the road. With these insights readily available, you can make more informed decisions about asset utilization and long-term maintenance planning.

Availability

The Maintenance Overview page is rolling out in May, 2026 to all customers globally.
