Viewing the trips history report

Viewing the trips history report! Let's get started. Navigate to the Trips History page in MyGeotab by either selecting Productivity, then Trips History , or searching for Trips History in the menu. Use the Search dropdown, which opens automatically, to select an asset or driver. Choose Groups to limit the trip list to trips for assets in the groups you select. In Filters, choose a date range for the trips you want to review. Check the asset name, assigned driver when available, and trip totals for the assets and dates you selected. To view a trip on the map, select its trip segment. Review the stop address or zone name, the stop's start and end times, trip totals ending at that stop, and events that occurred on the trip. A stop is recorded when the asset ignition is turned off, or when the asset has a speed of less than 1 km/h (1 mi/h) for more than 200 seconds. When you select multiple trips, their numbers show the order in which the trips took place. Look for the small arrows to identify the direction the asset traveled. Move your pointer over the trip to see additional details such as speed, time, and events. View the trip's additional options by selecting the ellipses icon to open the More menu. Review the trip menu options: Edit the asset's details; Assign a driver to the trip; Show the asset's speed profile; Show Log Data and Collisions. In the top toolbar, select the Reports dropdown to export the trip data. Choose which report to download to your device. Reports are available in Excel or PDF format. Congratulations! You've completed this tutorial for how to view the trips history report.
