Hello,
I am using the Dashboard tab in MyGeotab and have encountered two issues regarding color customization and the scheduling of emailed reports::
1. No options for Custom colors
When editing the "Customize Colors" settings, the "Layout" section does not provide an option to change or configure the colors. Built-in Charts do have this option, creating an inconsistency between the two chart types.
Attached screenshot comparison:

• Left (Watchdog Report, Built-In Chart): Layout options include a Custom palette option, which reveals a “Custom colors” section (highlighted in red) where each legend category can be assigned its own color.
• Right (Driver Safety Scorecard, Custom Chart): Layout options only offer the preset color palettes (Default, Sequential blue, Sequential green, Divergent red/blue). There is no Custom palette option and no Custom colors section, so the legend colors cannot be changed.

Steps I have already taken:
- Checked all settings under the "Layout" option for the Custom Charts.

Questions:
- Is it currently possible to customize the colors in Custom Charts? If so, where can I find this option?
- Are there any known limitations that prevent Custom Charts from being included in scheduled email reports? Is there a workaround?
- Are there any plans to add these features?

2. Reports are not included in scheduled email
When I schedule an email to send Report Data, the report does not appear in the email as an attachment (PDF or Excel).
Attached screenshot comparison (scheduled email report):

• Left (settings): In the Email report tab of the Driver Safety Scorecard, the report type is set to Excel, with the date range “Previous 24 hours”, refresh period “Daily”, and next run on 20/10/2026 11:15.
• Right (result): The scheduled email is received from MyGeotab, but it only contains a notification that the report is ready to download via My Reports. There is no attachment.

Steps I have already taken:
- Recreated the schedule and sent the report via email.
