Hi @GRAMO-1249,Once you find the right tech resource, we have EV oriented documentation that can be leveraged to make that person's job easier: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f5aUkK9t3JiEqg6oL9dep5UDps_ymuC2refw7pEZ0VU/edit I'm a Product Manager for our EV data solution, and if there are any further questions or feedback of things you see missing from our API, let me know. Happy to have a meeting to connect further if that's of interest. Many thanks!Sarah

@jjmas-1574 Thanks for raising this! @Kaylan-1068 is absolutely correct about why this is slow and I'm so sorry you're hitting timeouts. We are moving forward on performance improvements, which (if all goes well!) should be included in the next MyG release. I'm curious to learn more about how you are using ChargeEvent and hear any feedback you have. I'm the EV Product Manager behind this, so would welcome your feedback first hand. If you're open to meeting, please let me know and I can email you directly to find a time which works. Thank you and sincere apologies about the timeouts!

Get ChargeEvent request timeout from MyGeotab SDK

Hello @NNata-1467 Thank you for your question! As @Genevieve-1051 indicated, we do have support for many BYD trucks and buses today, and BYD is a priority for additional model support such as passenger cars, as well as other EV types. BYD is popular for many of our EV customers, so we have a strong interest to expand support beyond what we have on the reference @Genevieve-1051 shared. We do have a full EV fleet management solution: https://www.geotab.com/fleet-management-solutions/electric-vehicles/

Has Geotab been decoded for BYD electrical vehicles?

Thank you so much @JSOVodafoneAutomotive-1142 ! My door is always open for conversations with any customers with EVs to hear EV questions and feedback.

Can the GO9 device detect the state of health of the battery? Can you integrate the data from other devices into the MyGeotab data base? Is an existing platform needed for integration with a 3rd party device?

Hello @JSOVodafoneAutomotive-1142 !I'm the Geotab EV Product Manager. With regards to EV battery state of health (SOH), we currently do not offer this calculation via MyGeotab. That said, I'm actively researching with our customers how and why they are interested, as we explore offering this in the future.Would you be open to coordinating a conversation with yourself and myself with your customer, so that I can ask a few questions and show some possible concepts of a solution with them for their feedback? If so, please message me directly.Customer feedback now will help shape the possible future implementation. Many thanks!
