If that does not work try clearing cache and cookies, or with an incognito tab. Let me know if this works.

How do I get diagnostics codes for "Check Engine Light On" on a vehicle in MyGeotab?

Yes, <a href="/user/ayers-maharjan-1356" data-id="1356" data-value="ayerscha-1356" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@ayerscha-1356</a> you are correct!

Hi <a href="/user/ayers-maharjan-1356" data-id="1356" data-value="ayerscha-1356" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@ayerscha-1356</a>  <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1REnMYFxRDzSbx3bD5pjWkTj8wLft566CQZw6ts1WZ-s/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank">This document</a> explains you how you can get the DTC code. You will need to make a couple of API calls to get the fault, and the diagnostic data related to that diagnostic ID, and then you will be able to calculate the DTC code. The steps to follow are explained in the document. Hope this answers your question!

Hi <a href="/user/james-miao-1626" data-id="1626" data-value="jmiao-1626" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@jmiao-1626</a>  Added to Eric's answer, I would like to point out the Authentication explanation available in the <a href="https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/guides/concepts/#authentication" target="_blank">SDK website</a>. As a summary, the Authenticate API call is done to https://my.geotab.com/apiv1. If the path returned in the Authenticate API call is ThisServer, the Get method or further API calls will be done to that endpoint, https://my.geotab.com/apiv1. If the path returned in the Authenticate API call is https://myXXX.geotab.com, you will make the Get method API calls to the new path returned by the Authenticate call.
