Proper driver education is the best solution in these situations: as mentioned even if a GPS Jamming device can be easily purchased, the fines are personal and hefty. It is also important for drivers to understand that telematics is a tool to help them through better safety and more productivity and not to be used against them. You could also look at introducing the Personal Mode add-in : especially if personal usage of the vehicle is authorized either during the day or outside business hours, you could provide drivers with a mean to hide vehicle tracking in MyGeotab for designated periods of time. In case of accident or force majeure the data can be retrieved as well so you will both be able to provide drivers any needed privacy without losing any valuable information.

Why is it so easy to GPS Jam a Geotab GO9 Device (and how can I programmatically detect this)?
