Want to be able to remove assets that in the CARB report that have failed. Currently there is not no active mechanism to remove or unenroll an asset from the CARB report while rejected. We opened a Geotab ticket and and that is what we where told. We are looking for a way to be able to remove failed units.

@bbdru-8300 maybe I didn't understand the question but I have the option to cancel enrollment on a truck of mine that had a failed OBD test. Also, why would you want to cancel the enrollment in Geotab when the truck is still in the CARB portal showing the failed test?

To manage assets in the CARB report (Clean Truck Check), keep the following in mind:
1. Deactivation: If a unit is defective or no longer part of your fleet, you should mark the vehicle as historical in MyGeotab.
2. Synchronization: Once the asset is historical, it will stop sending data, but its status in the CARB report depends on the last response received from the CARB servers.
3. Support: If the asset still appears incorrectly after being archived, I recommend contacting CARB directly at hdim@arb.ca.gov to request an update to their database, as they determine the final compliance status.
