I'm with a freight broker and one of your customers does alot of shipments for us. They are having alot of trouble trying to setup automated/gps/eld tracking thru your portal, and connect it to macropoint (our middleman that has a setup established with you already). How best can we direct them to get help from you on completing this connection?
