Hello @ssartor, Following call can be used to get the date and time of data reprocess requests and there is a status property that would have show if the reprocess is scheduled or completed. You can get the id to search it by from the audit log.
api.call("Get", {
"typeName": "ReprocessRequest",
"search": {
id:"__" //id of the reprocess goes here

},
}, function(result) {
console.log(result);
}, function(e) {
console.error("Failed:", e);
});
/*opt nomin*/

What are the API calls to get the date and time of data reprocess requests and completions?

hello @A-1866, Please do a get call for status data with diagnostic id "DiagnosticSolidMaterialTypeId" to get solid material type. Please let me know you have any additional questions. Link to reference

hello @AUser-1440 , FaultData has a diagnostic object that returns the diagnostic id associated with that fault.As an example: Please let me know if you are still having issues retrieving the diagnostic id.

The Geotab API/SDK for Fault Data does not provide Diagnostic Code.

hello @AshleyFC-1448 , you are right to use JSON stringify to parse the existing comment to see where the new line characters are. In order to ensure consistent results, you can use string literals when appending to the comments. Here is an example of concatenating to existing comment and adding a new line between the new addition and existing comment.
var comment = "
Addition";

api.call("Get", {
"typeName": "Device",
search:{id:" "} // device id here
}, function(result) {
result[0].comment = result[0].comment.concat(comment);
api.call("Set", {
typeName : "Device",
entity : result[0]
}, function (results) {
console.log("Completed");
}, console.error);
}, function(e) {
console.error("Failed:", e);
});
/*opt nomin*/

hello @SChen-1824, I see that the devices that does not have device status data shows empty for this column. You can add a check to see if deviceStatusInfo returns nothing which can be mapped to devices that has empty column for DeviceStatusAnalysisTroubleDownloadStatus.

What Geotab API to call to get DeviceStatusAnalysisTroubleDownloadStatus ? This is in Advanced Default Device Report column AI.

hi @eeld-1830 , Please find a sample of the call below:
bool dbexists = await api.CallAsync<bool>("DatabaseExists", new { database = "" });
Console.WriteLine(dbexists);

How do you use access the DatabaseExists command in the MyAdmin SDK (.Net)

Hello @SChen-1824, I see that DeviceStatusAnalysisTroubleDownloadStatus is based on isDeviceCommunicating property from devicestatusinfo object. If isDeviceCommunicating is true, it will result in "OK" and "Device is not downloading data" if it is false.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello @lmund-1759, we cannot get fields such as location, speed etc. from the ExceptionEvent object. The properties for Exception event object can be found here: https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/api/reference/#ExceptionEvent.You can pass the from date and to date from the exception and use [LogRecord|https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/api/reference/#LogRecord] to get location and speed for the time.

Retrieving data associated with an Exception Event from MyGeotab API

Hello @bhaml-1638, I tried a get call for a device that has serial number starting with GA* and the result did return the correct serial number. Please try the following call on the runner and let me know if you are still not getting the correct serial number.
api.call("Get", {
"typeName": "Device",
search:{
serialNumber:"" //serial number
}
}, function(result) {
console.log("Done: ", result[0].serialNumber);
}, function(e) {
console.error("Failed:", e);
});
/*opt nomin*/

App using Geotab API returns GT serialnumber for GA units - isn't this a bug?

hi @JoyB-1408 Thanks a lot for jumping in and helping as always. @DJian-1838, I wanted to update this thread with a simple call that might make this task easier (to assist people who might have similar questions).We can modify the call below to look at only Off status, so that we are just looking at drivers who are in OFF duty. In addition, using fromDate as datetime now and setting includeBoundryLogs to true would give us the last log for the users. You can also add search parameter to check for groups of users rather than a single user.
var dateTime = new Date();

api.call("GetFeed", {
"typeName": "DutyStatusLog",
search:{
"statuses": [
"ON",
"OFF",
"D",
"SB",
"YM",
"PC",
"PC_Exempted",
"WT"
],
"includeBoundaryLogs": true,
"fromDate": dateTime,
"userSearch": {
"id": ""
}
}
}, function(result) {
console.log("Done: ", result);
}, function(e) {
console.error("Failed:", e);
});
/*opt nomin*/
Hope this helps 😄

Projected end time of daily rest and cycle reset MyGeotab API

Hello @DJian-1838, looking at the conversation above it looks like you have already explored "DutyStatusAvailability". I was using the same call for testing and I see we get back information about duration left for the cycle and duration left for the workday through this call (so information around when driver's daily or cycle clock will reset). Could you please help me understand the question a bit better?
