It seems quite obvious that the 3 wire harness installs would still be able to provide relatively accurate Run Time if Geotab used the Ignition Time measurement to increase the Run Time field on the asset page. Then, when integrations for maintenance programs are built we'd still be able to use this field.
Is there anyway to make this happen with a special parameter?

Is the problem here that you're not getting Ignition = on under Measurements in MyGeotab? If so, I'm thinking you should be able to build this as a Rule based on whatever is being triggered (perhaps an AUX?) and then look this up as an Exception.
