It means the driver has turned off location services in the infotainment system. Are you using OEM or a GO device

@bryanmixter There unfortunately no way to lock this feature out from a driver. But I would suggest you have a daily report on this when the turn off their system which you can build. The rule syntax is Engine Measurement: Active Fault "OEM personal mode GPS"
Or for both GM and FORD it is: Active Fault "OEM personal mode all" or Active Fault "OEM personal mode GPS"
