Mygeotab API Adapter - DeviceProcessor2 and UserProcessor2 have never been run

The reason your Distracted Driver incident lasting slightly over 5 seconds did not trigger an exception is due to the camera's fixed time thresholds for MV+AI events.

The incident duration must be much longer than 5 seconds.

According to the Surfsight configuration, 1 Interval equals 10 seconds.

Conditions for event triggering:

The distraction must last for the minimum required time (at least 10 seconds for general distraction).

The vehicle must be moving at 5 Km/h or faster.

Your 5-second incident was too short to reach the minimum 10-second threshold required for the camera to classify it as an "alarm". I hope this information is helpful!
