Bulk editing multiple users! Let's get started. Navigate to the Users & Drivers page in MyGeotab by either clicking People, then Users & Drivers, or searching for Users & Drivers in the menu. If needed, use the search bar to narrow down the list of users. Use the checkboxes to select users individually. Or, use the Select individual dropdown to bulk select all users currently visible or all users in the database. Click Edit selected users when ready. For this example, let's add these users to additional Groups. You do this from the User tab. Click Add Groups. Use the Select groups dropdown to add the desired groups. Review the other tabs and make any other changes, such as updating regional units in UI Settings, adjusting HOS settings, or enabling Beta Features. When you've completed your edits, click Save.
