Adding a distribution list to a rule notification! Let's get started. Navigate to the Rules page in MyGeotab by either selecting Groups & Rules, then Rules, or searching for Rules in the menu. Find the rule that needs a distribution list added, then open its notification settings by selecting the envelope icon. Open the More dropdown to view additional notification options. Choose Distribution list to send this rule’s notifications to a predefined group of recipients. Choose the Distribution list that contains the recipients and notification settings desired for this rule. Confirm you selected the correct Distribution list, then select Add. Review the added Distribution list, then select Save to confirm it will receive notifications when this rule’s conditions are met. Congratulations!
