MY IFTA REPORT ON "MY GEOTAB" IS NOT UPDATING, IT'S NOT READING FROM APRIL 23 ON.

Hello @CStor-2220​ ,

 

Thank you for asking your question i our community. I would double check that the vehicle did drive and that the date range you are pulling includes these days you are looking for. If both of those check out then will you send me a screenshot of the report so I can take a look at it?

Hey thanks for sharing the screen shot. So I dont know of any known issues with the report. I havent seen others reporting an issue with it. So it could be some kind of bug. Since I cant look into your database it is probably best to have support take a look at this since they can login to your database and see what exactly is going on here. If you would like I can make a ticket for you or you can go through your normal channels to get support.
