I wanted to see if any of you know if the proximity add-in is still active or if there are alternatives?

Hello @UzielFischer-1568 ,
Thank you for asking your question in our community. The proximity add-in was deprecated in September 2023. You should now be using the native Area Activity functionality in its place.
If you have any additional questions or concerns feel free to reach out. We are here to help.
Have a good one!
