Specifying diagnostic codes with a custom report

I have diagnostic data that is being sent to my Go 9 device via the IOX interface. I have a MyGeotab custom report that I'm using to interpret this data - how do I set up the report to just include the DiagnosticCodes that I'm interested in (in the range 36245 to 36296) and exclude any other DiagnosticCodes?
In MyGeotab I can see a section that allows me specify a diagnostic name but I can't see how I would specify a larger range of diagnostics here?

Are those codes from the ECM itself or the telematics device

@sjohnson-6023They are Geotab specific codes generated by a 3rd party piece of hardware which is connected to the Go9 IOX port.

@sjohnson-6023 It's a hardware device being developed by vehicle TPMS provider (my client), they have already worked with Geotab to define the custom diagnostics ID above.

This is a screen shot of where I'm trying to add the diagnostics. The UI doesn't really work when adding more than 1 code, why not provide a list of diagnostics that can be searched and then checked to select?

I could use the Geotab API to add a report programatically, even encapsulate those calls behind an AddIn button, but that seems like a bunch of work that I shouldn't need to do?

@AHodk-1929 There is not a way to select that and a report generated outside of on demand. I am not sure how many codes you are adding perhaps using a rule with the or criteria between each code. Then it would report exceptions that you can build a report or add notifications for alert.
