So, you can't actually delete single asset-inspection records. The way you to delete records is by setting up a purge schedule so that your records are deleted after a certain period of time.
You can set up a purge schedule by going to System > Settings > Data purge and clicking + Schedule.
From there, you can set Asset inspection data to be purged as soon as every 3 months. (I don't see inspections tied to groups, so I would use this feature very cautiously, as it may apply to everything in your database.)
I'd recommend that if you do not want a data purge on your other information that you set the other categories to every 8 years.
